Today I came to the understanding that while there is a huge number of people in unemployment, there are over 2 million jobs that need to be filled. So, with this large number of job openings there should be qualified people to fill them, with unemployment so high. However, this is not the case. The people that are unemployed can not fill the jobs that are available. The business world no longer trains their employees. They have to come in with their own knowledge that they earned. The thing with Nick Saban was also very informative. It is inspiring to see a coach that gives everything into what he does.

In my career I want to be like this. I strive to dedicate everything I have when I do go into what I do. That's the thing is that I want to give a lot into my job but keep other things in mind as well. This is what's important.
